The Challenge

WBAC processes hundreds of automotive title documents, deal packets, and compliance records every single day. Human reviewers were spending hours manually checking each document for completeness, validity, and regulatory compliance — a time-consuming, error-prone process that created bottlenecks in deal closings and scaled poorly with business growth.

The Solution

We built an end-to-end AI document decisioning pipeline integrating computer vision, OCR, and large language models. The system ingests scanned and digital documents, extracts all critical fields, validates against business rules and regulatory checklists, and returns a structured decision in seconds — with a human-in-the-loop escalation path for edge cases.

The Results

The system was deployed in parallel with the human review team before full handoff, allowing a careful accuracy calibration period. After 30 days of parallel operation, the AI system cleared the accuracy threshold and took primary responsibility for all standard document types.
